We’ve all heard the adage “Beauty comes from within”. So, in our current age, we attempt to create and maintain that healthy glow through exercise/detox/cleanses/juicing/yoga/Pilates/fasting and last, but not least, taking supplements. Better living through chemistry is by no means new, but there’s more pills on the shelves of drugstores, natural food stores and the internet than ever before.
Where is the line between being proactive about your health and hypochondriac? I take a daily aspirin and omega 3, 6, & 9 pills. How about you?
